Yes, there are five new single player missions:

1. War Cry
2. Laser Guide
3. Under Hill
4. Rat's Nest
5. Tank Platoon

You'll find them in \OPERATION FLASHPOINT\MISSIONS\RESISTANCE, a new missions subdirectory.
