You've seen the movie Now play the mission!

Yes, you desperate OFP male players who ogle even at seeing Sandra Bullock's name in print (there you go ogling again!), you can now put yourselves right in the bus driver's seat and gun the peddle to the floor, just like Annie.

This mission is brilliantly done, though in German. Oh well. If you've seen the movie, you pretty much know what's going on.

The mission is enhanced by a great intro cutscene, the film's original music score and a very fast pace. Why fast? Pop quiz, hotshot. There's a bomb on a bus. Once the bus goes 50 miles an hour, the bomb is armed. If it drops below 50, it blows up. What do you do?! What do you do?!

Remember the "bridge out" scene in the movie? That's right - it's in the mission! There'll be lots of other obstacles in your way, too! This mission is such a great idea and it's pulled off so well.

To play Speed, you'll need OFP 1.90 or greater and BAS' Littlebird Addon V1.1 (5,467 KB).

Comments:

I wish there was an English version of the mission, if not in the mission's sound clips, at least in its text.
It would be nice to have auto-save points during the mission. If you doze off behind the wheel, you have to start all over.
The mission PLAN page should include linkable map markers, so the player can see where he starts and where to wind up at the end of the mission.
