Gauge to better visualize the current state of a taildragger aircraft.
Due to the lack of physical and visual feedback, it's often hard, especially for pilots new to taildraggers, to judge the current pitch angle of the aircraft (especially during takeoffs and landings).
This gauge attempts to compensate a bit for that, by giving a "side view" of the plane.
During the airborne phase the AGL, as well as the distance to a selected navigation aid will be shown. Once the aircraft is on the ground, the bottom part of the gauge will indicate this by showing a solid bar instead.
If the altitude is below 1,000ft it is also possible to display the current wind situation (to simulate a visual check out the window).
